Late payments may incur late fees or service suspension

Recurring services may require automatic billing authorization

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Delays caused by third-party systems or providers

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
